This song mean to Shan People who have to leave their village coz of Burmese military order to move village. Many of Shan people have to leave their home. Many of Human rights Violation in Shan State. So, Sai Saai Lao sing to Shan people that don't understand about Our Shan State. He offer to Shan people to join Nation duty.
